Joy Division | Logan | Flux
Design and direction for the exclusive London premier of the latest Joy Division documentary directed by Grant Gee. Brian Roettinger (H3) and I collaborated on the invites and a short 20 second opener for experience gurus Flux and unlikely UK film premiere sponsors Logan. Just when you think you are in design heaven you get brilliant art direction from none other than Peter Saville. More about the event here.
The other component of this project was an 8 minute HD video loop for the after party. Logan creative director/principal Ben Conrad and I got to play for a moment with Logan's phenomenal animators to create this abstract ambient party projection. Here are some screen-grabs.
